Who are we?

I began my career at a large car dealership after a successful school work experience. Climbing the ranks, I earned NVQ level 3 advanced technician and master technician qualifications before becoming an aftersales manager. Over the years, I've worked in various roles across multiple dealerships, always eager to learn new skills. When a friend started training for PDR, it appealed to me as a self-confessed perfectionist.

Onto the PDR (Paintless Dent Removal)…

During my years working in dealerships, I observed the Dent technician work his magic, thinking some kind of trickery was involved using rods and tools to remove damage. After undergoing training and developing my own skills, I now understand the detailed work and knowledge required for repairing a dent. Being ambidextrous and precise provided a strong foundation for building my skills in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). With the latest techniques and equipment, damage previously considered unrepairable can now be fixed without filling and painting. The complexity of the job continues to engage me.
